TLC Bible reading today is Acts 21. Paul was on mission. He as going to Jerusalem even though many were warning him of the dangers that awaited him there. He finally said, "What are you doing weeping and crying over me and breaking my heart? I am ready and willing not only to be bound but also to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus." No cost is too great to obey Jesus and do His will. He came to earth, died for us and rescued us. We should live for Him, make any sacrifice He asks of us and accomplish His will for our life. TLC Bible reading today is Acts 20. Paul powerfully impacted churches and cities he ministered to. He demonstrated the highest integrity, compassion, love and determination. He did not covet anyone’s money. He taught, warned and discipled throughout the region. He was willing to do anything and everything God assigned him to do. He desired to finish his race with joy. He was innocent and bold. Paul exhorts us to take heed to ourself, make sure we live right and do right as we fulfill our assignments from God. Make sure you finish your race with joy too. Never compromise. Never give up. Never stay discouraged. Be generous, it is more blessed to give than to receive. God will give you everything you need if you just keep moving forward. ... See more
TLC Bible reading today is Acts 19. Jesus is powerful and real. When people have a relationship with Him their life changes for the good. Jesus wants us all filled with the Holy Spirit and experiencing Him. Jesus works through believers to rescue others, save them, heal them and set them free from evil spirits. There is a huge difference between knowing about Jesus and knowing Jesus. Knowing about Jesus won’t save you, heal you or deliver you. Knowing Jesus will do all of that and much more!
