In David's time Jerusalem and Zion were designed and built in beautiful and strong fashion. The design and architecture were magnificent and a testimony to the greatness of God. People marveled. Enemies trembled. Generations still speak of this city as a tribute to how good life can be when a nation follows God.
We should be people who are passionate about our God and give Him our highest praise. We should live amazing lives that reflect His glory to our generations and those who follow. ... See more
TLC Bible reading today is Psalms 45 & 46. Chapter 45 is a prophetic Psalm about Jesus the Messiah. Jesus is full of grace, power, authority and majesty. Jesus is espoused to the church and that love relationship will let through all eternity.

TLC Bible reading today is Psalms 43 & 44. I love how the Psalmist manages his own self talk. He starts out negative but then shifts and is determined to praise God, patiently wait on God, hope in God and he declares things will change and I shall soon have a new reason to praise Him. We need to manage our self talk too.
In chapter 44 they are remembering how God delivered in the past and are crying out for Him to do it again. As we remember what God has done ... as we read about what He has done in the past ... we can pray and believe for Him to do it again. Do it again Lord in our generation and in my life! ... See more
